- The Project Administrator reviews the Award Information Notice with the Principal Investigator and each budget item is discussed.
- The Project Administrator provides the Principal Investigator with a folder that contains the Award Information Notice, award document, budget, cost-sharing statement (if applicable), and the BUDGET UNIT SIGNATURE CARD with an example attached.
- The Office of Sponsored Programs web site is reviewed and the Principal Investigator is advised that printed copies of financial reports from FAMIS are distributed monthly.
- The Office of Sponsored Programs notifies the Principal Investigator of the contacts for the following items:
Purchase Requisition Training - Contact Purchasing X1902
Travel Training - Contact Travel X1735
Form 500 Training - Contact Human Resources X1727 or 1730
