Effective May 2005, the following new procedures are to be
implemented in the distribution of copies of submitted proposals
at Prairie View.

Copies
of the submitted proposal are prepared and distributed to
researchers within approximately one week after submission
to the sponsor. Copies are maintained in the OSP Office. Other
signatories will receive a copy of the budget and executive
summary. If full copies of proposals are required by other
signatories prior to a proposed project being funded, the
expressed written permission of the researcher is required.
